Deployment Lead (Regional)

We are seeking an experienced Deployment Lead to support the delivery of major network infrastructure programmes across the UK.

Candidates must come from a Telco background, please only apply if you have recently worked directly in the Telco sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of network sites from nomination through to operational handover.
• Manage suppliers, contractors, and delivery partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor programme progress, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and industry regulations.
• Provide clear governance, reporting, and stakeholder management throughout the delivery life cycle.

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience delivering RAN/mobile network deployment programmes.
• Strong understanding of network site delivery, including design, acquisition, and build activities.
• Experience managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders within complex environments.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements within telecommunications or infrastructure projects.
