We’re looking for an experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to join a leading telecommunications organisation on a business-critical cyber resilience programme.
This role will see you taking ownership of multiple cyber security workstreams within a high-profile programme designed to strengthen organisational security capabilities and support the delivery of a Minimum Viable Company (MVC) framework.
Working closely with senior business and technical stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for establishing governance, driving delivery, managing dependencies and ensuring successful execution across a complex cyber security landscape. This is a hands-on position where you’ll be expected to provide structure, remove blockers and maintain momentum across multiple workstreams simultaneously.
This opportunity is ideal for a delivery-focused Project Manager with proven experience operating within large-scale telecommunications environments and delivering cyber security initiatives in fast-paced, high-visibility programmes.
Skills Required
• Extensive experience working as a Cyber Security Project Manager within telecommunications environments
• Proven track record delivering cyber resilience programmes
• Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams within complex programmes
• Strong background coordinating large-scale security, technology or transformation initiatives
• Experience establishing governance frameworks, controls and delivery structures
• Ability to develop, manage and report against cyber security KPIs and performance metrics
• Strong risk, issue, dependency and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior business and technical stakeholders
• Experience facilitating programme meetings, workshops and executive reviews
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks, resilience practices and risk management principles
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-profile environments
• Proactive, hands-on and delivery-focused approach
Desirable Experience
• Experience working on Cyber Resilience programmes
• Experience supporting Minimum Viable Company (MVC) initiatives
• Background working with major telecommunications operators or large-scale communications businesses
• Demonstrable experience driving organisational cyber resilience strategies
