You’ll have the opportunity to influence technical direction, support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor other team members within a collaborative engineering environment.

This role would suit someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working with modern cloud-native technologies and contributing to the delivery of scalable, secure and reliable software solutions.

• Experience collaborating within Agile software development teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience contributing to system design and technical architecture discussions
• Passion for software quality, continuous improvement and engineering best practice
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers

• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
• Previous experience operating in a senior, lead or technical leadership capacity
