An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the delivery of complex digital products and services within large, fast-paced organisations. Working alongside multidisciplinary teams, you will be responsible for shaping product strategy, driving delivery and ensuring services meet user needs while achieving measurable business outcomes.

This role requires a strategic product leader who can operate confidently in complex stakeholder environments, balancing user needs, operational requirements, technical constraints and organisational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy and roadmaps.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams delivering complex digital services and products.
  • Drive product discovery, prioritisation and delivery activities.
  • Develop and manage product backlogs aligned to strategic objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Facilitate workshops, planning sessions and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Use data, research and user insight to inform product decisions.
  • Create alignment between business goals, user needs and delivery teams.
  • Manage competing priorities and make informed decisions in complex environments.
  • Support teams throughout the full product lifecycle, from concept through to live operation.
  • Ensure delivery remains focused on achieving measurable outcomes and user value.
  • Mentor and support colleagues in product management best practice.

Essential Experience

  • Significant experience in Product Management or Senior Product Management roles.
  • Experience delivering complex digital products and services within large organisations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, research, engineering and delivery functions.
  • Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps and prioritisation frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience balancing commercial, operational and technical considerations.
  • Ability to make evidence-based decisions using user research, analytics and delivery insights.
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing products through complex transformation programmes.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience working within structured digital delivery frameworks and governance environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility, security and compliance requirements.
  • Experience delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies, AI and digital innovation programmes.
  • Experience working in regulated or highly complex environments.
