We are seeking several experienced Senior Product Managers to join a high-profile public sector digital transformation programme.

This opportunity is ideal for product leaders with a proven track record of delivering digital products and services within UK central government environments. You will play a key role in defining product strategy, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring the successful delivery of user-centred digital services within a complex and fast-paced programme.

Working as part of multidisciplinary teams, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, delivery managers, designers, engineers and user researchers to drive product outcomes that deliver measurable value. You will use evidence, data and user insight to inform decision-making, prioritisation and long-term product direction.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the development and execution of product strategies aligned to programme objectives.
  • Defining, prioritising and managing product backlogs and roadmaps.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders, users and delivery teams to ensure products meet user needs and business goals.
  • Driving effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Using data, evidence and user insight to inform product direction and prioritisation.
  • Supporting the successful delivery of digital products and services across a major government programme.
